Shipping and Returns:
All orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours. Should any of our titles be out of stock, you will be notified by e-mail and the item(s) will be dispatched as soon as they are available.
Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days to addresses in the UK, and between 7-10 working days to overseas addresses.
Should you receive a faulty CD, please call +44 (0)208 997 4000 to request return authorisation.
We will replace the faulty CD disc the same title or refund your credit card if the product is no longer available.
Please note that our returns policy is only valid for up to 28 days after the day of purchase.

You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange CDs unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly.
We do test every single return, if a returned Cd is found not to be faulty, we will return the discs with an additional postage charge not exceeding £2. We advise you to check the CD on a second machine before returning. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
