You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it, for a full refund. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item (please allow up to 14 days). Please note that we can only refund delivery costs if the return is a result of our error.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange CDs unless they are received faulty or the wrong title is received incorrectly.
We do test every single return, if a returned Cd is found not to be faulty, we will return the discs with an additional postage charge not exceeding £2. We advise you to check the CD on a second machine before returning. We cannot be responsible for incompatibilities caused by machines that have been modified to disable regional encoding.
